International Conference on Environmental Enrichment
at Paignton Zoo
The ninth International Conference on Environmental Enrichment is being hosted by Paignton Zoo Environmental Park, in the South West of England, between 31st May and 5th June 2009.
The aim of ICEE9 is to bring together the widest possible range of professionals who work with or who have an interest in the welfare of animals in captive environments. ICEE9 will attract scientists, researchers, animal keepers, vets and other animal experts from all over the world.
Based at Torquay’s Riviera International Conference Centre, the week-long conference will be challenging, provocative and lively, with practical work as well as talks, social events and activities and a strong environmental ethos. The South West of England is a popular holiday area with a stunning coastline, beautiful rural landscapes and attractive old towns and villages.
